The amazing mountain views were unmatched. I appreciated the tranquil atmosphere while lounging by the pool. Although the spa facilities were crowded , the prompt room service and clean environment compensated for it. Consider arriving early to enjoy the best of the amenities.

the positives include super location and parking on-site. a train station is in front of the hotel that is near the forest of clean fresh air. the staff is wonderful and amazing and accommodates all of guests' needs.

Surrounded by beautiful alpine scenery, the friendly staff and spacious parking added a pleasant touch to our stay. Thenice and neat room offered a lovely view of the mountains.

The organization around the spa facilities was lacking, and the temperature in the room was annoyingly warm for a restful night.

Consider notifying guests about train noise!!! More restaurant slots for late arrivals could really enhance the experience!!! Better service timing at dinner is needed, as waiting over an hour for courses is unacceptable!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed this wellness hotel: delicious food and wonderful and amazing staff. The room was stunning and comfortable, with smoke detectors and lovely views of the mountains. Everything was great, nonetheless a few employees were a little rude. The location was super, in the Les Tines district and in front of the train station. The venue was set in a great area.
